New Search Executive

Design Haus digital agency is seeking a new search executive to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience and have a serious passion for natural search. This experience would preferably come from an agency background but as long as you can demonstrate ability and zest, then this is not so important. The successful candidate will be confident working on both the technical side of SEO but at the same time be comfortable liaising face to face with clients. For this reason you need to be outgoing and thrive in a buzzing atmosphere with friendly people, as this is a genuine opportunity to really develop your search marketing skills to compete with the best.

The role will include identifying and sourcing new potential clients, proposal writing and client pitches. The role will also include account management of existing clients.

Necessary skills include:

• SEO Implementation and management.
• PPC Management for Google, Yahoo and MSN.
• ROI analysis.
• Understanding of CSS and how websites are built.
• Media Buying is an added bonus but not 100% necessary.
• Price comparison engine management.
• Advising the team through the build process and SEO implications.
• Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience but will range between £25-£32K.

New Business Developer/Account Manager

Design Haus digital agency seeks a new business developer/account manager to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for identifying and servicing existing and potential clients with creative digital solutions and online media strategies. The candidate will ideally be currently or recently employed by a digital agency and have precise client facing and sales experience of online solutions to blue chip level.

The role will include identifying and sourcing new potential clients, proposal writing and client pitches. The role will also include account management of existing clients and identifying new sales channels with existing clients. Ideally you will bring with you existing agency contacts. You will be familiar with working towards targets and implementing a proactive sales strategy by developing and managing a pipeline of prospects.

• Any project management experience is an advantage.
• Ideally we are looking for a person to possibly be part of the future management team of Design Haus.
• Salary is negotiable and includes basic, commission and other company benefits.

Senior Web Designer

We are seeking a highly experienced senior web designer to join our excellent team. You must have a high standard of design, web architecture and build, together with strong creative and design skills. A proven track record of client strategy meetings ranging from SME to blue chip level is essential. Ideally you have a qualification in design, but not essential. Multi browser experience and brand awareness is a must. Design for print is a major advantage.

You must be able to conceptualize and build with vision and entrepreneurial savvy. An understanding of usability and the impact of search engines on design is also essential. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the web, is accustomed with working towards deadlines and budgets, have excellent communication skills and is a mentor to junior members of the team.

Senior Print Designer

We are seeking an experienced freelance print designer who will be able to work on a range of print projects in studio. You must have a high standard of design together with thorough knowlege of working with printers and producing outstanding print work. A proven track record of working with companies brands and designing brochures, magazine and print adverts is essential.

We are looking for someone who will easily fit in with our team, is accustomed with working towards deadlines and budgets, have excellent communication skills and is an asset to Design Haus.
