New business/Account Manager

We are currently seeking a new business individual for digital sales. Typically for this role the deal value will be £15-£30K targeting medium to large SMEs with the occasional blue chip.

You will be responsible for:

• Lead generation to include networking, speaker platforms
• Lead filtering and pre qualification
• Sales pipeline and forecasting
• Management of proposal framework process
• Tender/Proposal writing and costing calculations
• Pitch presentations
• Creative and bespoke web solutions sales with a detailed ROI
• Identifying new sales channels with existing clients
• Online media strategies for new and existing clients
• Account management
• Educating clients through digital solutions

You will be expected to have business acumen. You will be able to understand and translate clients markets, their needs and requirements and to articulate opportunities or challengers they may face. You will have a spirit of excellence with the goal to exceed client expectations. You will have precise client facing and sales experience of online solutions.

You will be currently or very recently employed in this role and be working in a digital agency. You will have at least two years experience in selling digital solutions. Ideally you will bring with you existing agency contacts. You will be expected to achieve monthly and quarterly targets and to report monthly to board level.

Career progression is management of blue chip digital accounts, typically deal values of £500K.

Salary is negotiable and between £25-35K basic with a £50-60K OTE. Other benefits are negotiable.

Online Marketing Specialist

We are currently seeking an online marketing specialist.

You will be responsible for all strategy and implementation of all online marketing solutions for our clients' websites, including:

• Natural SEO campaigns
• PPC campaigns
• Social media
• ROI analysis
• Email marketing campaigns
• Reviewing performance and reporting
• Development of future marketing campaigns

You will be expected to have:

• A minimum of 2 years experience, ideally from an agency background, although a demonstrated ability based on historical performance will suffice.
• A serious passion for online marketing
• Technical ability to carry out proposed recommendations
• Client facing skills, as you will be expected to manage all your client accounts
• Proposal writing for online marketing clients

The role may include your involvement in pitches.

16-24 hours per week, 2/3 full days per week if Part time

Salary is negotiable and dependant on experience but will range between £13-15 per hour if part time i.e. £18K
